Underwhelming. Decent flavor but no spice and left out the chili oil on the side x2. $42 for two ramen (tonkotsu) bowls that were slightly better than instant. Pork was good and additions were solid. Overall just ok, especially for the price.

Been here multiple times and have no complaints, the staff is amazing, the atmosphere is great, and the way the management is always in the dining room is excellent. Oh yeah, by the way… this is a restaurant and the most important thing never ever disappoints! Food is always on point! Always! I would recommend this 10/10. More

Edit: I emailed the restaurant before posting this but never got a reply. I also never got a reply once I emailed them again.
Wife and I came in around 6pm and were sat immediately, which I was pleasantly surprised by.
Then, we didn’t get service for the longest time, which was a continued theme of the visit.
When we got shared appetizers, I practically had to hunt down the server for small plates. I also asked for salt and pepper which took a loooong time to get brought to the table. The appetizers were additionally not brought out at the same time. The restaurant was out of regular Coca Cola. First for me.
I ordered the spicy tan tan, which tasted incredibly watered down. Practically no meat in the dish. I like my salt, but I’ve never had to add this degree of salt to have a dish go down. The edamame was spicier than the ramen.
Had to practically hunt the waiter down for the bill. The server did look busy the entire time, so it’s not like he was standing around, just definitely not checking on us.
Disappointing to say the least. Love going out for ramen, this was not it.

Stopped-off at a cute revitalized strip mall that featured a large globe in a lit courtyard, a handful of businesses, hot yoga studio, dog bakery and grooming shop and a few Eateries that included an outdoor/indoor brewery, vegan restaurant, forthcoming addition and Miso Ramen.
The low-key, brick walls, high ceilings, simple décor and themed wall art mixed with practical glass, tea and liquor storage was fairly busy with large tables of friends from diverse cultures enjoying a short but well-designed me u of apps, Ramen, Rice Bowls and sides complimented with beers, sake, drinks and teas.
The wait staff was welcoming and attentive, mindful of checking on needs and extras and the food itself was a tasty treat that hit the spot, although the ambiance beggs one to stay, sip, watch a game in the large TVs or just hang-out and snack on excellent food.
I had the Chashu Rice Bowl, featuring a beautifully presented soy-braised braised pork belly in a bed of rice garnished with pickled cucumbers, ginger carrots, and seaweed salad in a filling portion that pleased the palate and belly both!
I will definitely be back, if not venture-out to their other location in Cary on a future visit.
Do make sure to stop, relax, unwind and enjoy the excellent food, great ambiance, thoughtful service and a respite from the fast food outlets and take-away shacks that aren't as inviting, social and invitingly local if you're traveling through the area or make it a point to come out and explore!

Stopped in for lunch and it was good, not great but good. The pork belly fries were to die for. We both ordered Tonkotsu bowls which was just basic for us and not a lot of flavor. $63 for 2 people.

Wow! All the food we had was more than great. We had a rice bowl, ramen bowl, chicken wings, beef skewrs, and pork belly sandwiches...and the price was fair for the quality and quantity. Will be back even though we live 1 hour away. They have great crisp beers on tap too!

The very best Ramen in North Carolina! We enjoyed both the chicken curry ramen and the traditional Tonkatsu ramen this weekend. They also have a great selection of speciality cocktails if you are in the mood for that. Customer service was excellent! I unfortunatel left an item behind in the restaurant and called them to today to see if they had found it. They did and the management agreed to mail it back to me since I live out of town. Thank you, so much! We will be back for sure!

Been looking for a good ramen place since Tonbo closed and this place really hits the spot! The chili garlic mazemen has just enough spice without being overbearing. I added an egg and corn to mine and it was fantastic! I'll definitely be returning here!

This place is very hip if your into that sort of thing. Anime playing on the TV and tame impala on the radio.
The service was good, we sat at the bar and I didnt feel pushed to get a drink.
The ramen was delicious. Very flavorful and the noodles were perfect. The portion size was good 👍🏽. I had leftovers.
Ramen is pricey at most joints but this place had the lowest priced tonkatsu in Raleigh. At the time of this post anyway.

Was craving some good comforting ramen. This ramen was delicious. Got the curry flavor with chicken. The cabbage didn't work for me. It wasn't tender enough for the delicate ramen. It would be better with more baby bok choy, and some green onions. Also, the egg didn't add much. In fact, I wish they had a create your own bowl option. I added extra lime and some spicy chili garlic oil. The leftovers the next day were top notch. I think the plan moving forward is to buy in advance of the day I want to eat it. Add a little extra seasonings and enjoy the next day.
Also tried the kaarage wings, which were ok but not as crispy as I would like.
Pricing was OK, as was customer service. Room for more attentiveness, especially since there were only a few customers in the restaurant at the time.
